Yummy Bak Kwa

In the past, every CNY my family would be buying Bee Cheng Hiang Bak Kwa.
It's the same this year.
But we have something new too! ;)

It's...

Kim Hock Guan Bak Kwa!
My 小姑 (daddy's sister) bought this for us!
(mainly for grandma - cause the previous time grandma tried it at her house and loved it)

In the future, during CNY, I'm gonna to psycho daddy to buy this bak kwa already!
It's really nice and most importantly - NON-OILY!
Yes those who read my previous food posts would know that I don't like oily stuff!

The bak kwa comes in a vacuum pack!
See there isn't even any oil on the plastic!
Okays maybe not totally no oil at all.
But it's not much :)

Here's how the bak kwa looks like!
All meat and not much fats inside!
Unlike some brands of bak kwa which has lumps of fats!
And you can see that the surface isn't really oily.
Also, my family says that it's not too salty too!
Grandma and Grandpa can't take food which are too salty.
And naturally homecooked food are non-salty.
And we got used to eating food which are not too salty.
(I can't stand food which are too salty)
So this bak kwa is really suitable for us ;)
